The most basic form of nutritional therapy comes when we change our diet and our attitude about healthy eating. Our relationship to food is primary to changing our habits. Our goal is to create a diet plan that is easy to follow and will address the specific health concerns that you are having.
Nutritional supplements come in when there is a specific need, for example with nutritional deficiency. When we have deficiency, symptoms appear. By correcting the deficiency, the symptoms often goes away immediately. Some deficiencies take time to overcome, as the body become depleted over time and requires more time to replenish. Everyone can restore their body to an optimal state of functioning with the right balance of food and supplements that restore the functioning of the organ systems which maintain homeostasis.
Therapeutic nutritional supplement are used in a plan which follows a specific path towards the overcoming the cause of illness.
Counseling and Therapy Sessions
After a health assessment and history has been made, and we have created some basic goals for lifestyle changes, we can begin to work through the beliefs and thought patterns that hold the illness in place. Using the Consciousness Calibration technique, we can determine what underlying barriers exist in consciousness. By becoming aware of the error in consciousness, physical healing can take on another layer of deep understanding and transform of its own. this is the art of Holistic Healing which puts the emphasis back in the individual’s hands – we are each our own healer.
Iridology Health Assessment:
Iridology is an assessment of the body through markings in the eyes. The iris is the coloured part of the eye that reveals the vitality of the organs in the body. Information from Iridology is used to inform a Nutrition program that addresses your individual needs.
We begin with a health assessment, and overview of your health history. In that session, we cover all aspects of your life, beginning with your main symptoms, medical conditions, medications, natural supplements, and family health history. We begin in this first session to form a map of your life and how your current state of health developed.
Together with your health history, Iridology, and health goals, we begin to create a plan of action for healing.
Depression is a state of suffering. It is a mental condition in which the mind creates pain. This pain is extremely real and will be improved by medication, nutrition, lifestyle changes, counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and meditation. Understanding that the mind experiences depression in the context of consciousness, we can begin to understand that suffering is separate from pain. One can detach from the pain such that suffering becomes optional. Letting go of the suffering, we become the witness to pain instead of the victim of it.
